REBUILD
Leadership, Communication & Team Effectiveness
A heart-led, purpose-driven initiative that supports inmates preparing for release. REBUILD restores dignity, builds employability, and reconnects individuals to society with hope and structure. Our recent cohort trained 50 inmates over three days — complete with professional resumes, photographs, attire, and interviews — giving them not just a second chance, but a sense of being seen and valued.
THE ART OF RECORDING & PRODUCING MUSIC
Empowering Independent Artists in Malaysia
A creative programme that has reached hundreds of independent Malaysian artists, giving them the skills and community to sustain their craft. Born during COVID-19, it became a lifeline for local musicians, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and resilience within Malaysia’s creative industry.
Meredith McLean
is the co-founder and operational backbone of Dream Machine. A Canadian but true Malaysian at heart. With over 20 years of experience across Malaysia’s music, film, and advertising industries, she brings a blend of creativity, structure, and strategic foresight to every project.
As Director, Meredith oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that every program whether corporate, creative, or community-based is executed seamlessly from concept to completion. Her ability to align people, processes, and purpose has been pivotal in scaling Dream Machine’s programs, building strong client relationships, and maintaining the organisation’s standard of excellence.
Meredith’s leadership style is hands-on and deeply human. She manages client needs with precision and ensures that every training, event, or creative initiative reflects the company’s commitment to growth, innovation, and impact.
